Tech Support for Students - Student Technology Center

Available To: Students

The Student Technology Center (STC) provides 24/7 phone technical support to the students of Northern Arizona University as well as in-person support to students in Flagstaff, AZ. Call us at any time with your tech question and we will do our best to assist you. Just some of the systems and services that we support are:

  • Passwords and User IDs
  • NAU Gmail (and most NAU Google Apps)
  • Internet connections on NAU ResNet and around the Flagstaff campus
  • Blackboard Learn
  • MyNAU
  • Computer Labs, including a 24x7 Lab
  • On-Campus printing
  • In-person computer repair and support
