Tech Support for Faculty & Staff

The ITS Solution Center is the central point of contact for NAU faculty, staff and affiliates requiring technical assistance and support with NAU software, hardware, networking, and telephony.

The Solution Center offers extended hours of support Monday through Thursday (until 10pm) and Sunday(1pm to 10pm), in addition to normal University business hours (8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday).

Please check for seasonal changes in hours for support.
