ITS currently offers many types of computer hardware repairs. 

Support Information

Computer and Hardware Support varies depending on your affiliation with NAU.  

Students - ITS provides support, to their best ability, for any computer and hardware issues that allows the student to achieve their academic goals and responsibility. 

Students with computer or hardware problems and questions should contact the Student Technology Center or use their convenient Walk-In Center and Drop-Off Service.

Faculty & Staff - ITS provides support for computers and certain hardware that is owned by NAU. 

Generally ITS Supports:

  • Computers that are tagged with a Property Control Number (PCN) that have been purchased within the last five years. 
  • HP LaserJet Printers
  • Dell Laser Printers
