Aastra Phone Services
PBX is the traditional phone service used by the NAU campus. Aastra phones offer single or multi-line functionality. These telephones also offer feature or quick dialing buttons in addition to the standard dialing pad.
Microsoft Enterprise Voice:
Microsoft Enterprise Voice, is a phone service offered to NAU users through Microsoft Lync. Enterprise Voice (EV) coupled with Exchange Email services, Lync Instant Messaging, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and other Microsoft tools creates a unified messaging platform for NAU. Unlike the traditional Aastra services, EV can be used from anywhere where you have an active connection to the internet.
