Communication about environmental issues should be a priority for all societies in a collective effort to address issues such as overpopulation, resource depletion and pollution, all of which are leading to widespread ecological degradation.
We believe that effective communication can foster an environmental ethic that incorporates respect for natural systems and a sense of ecological integrity which, coupled with democratic citizen deliberation, can lead to sustainable communities and increased economic security.
We believe that quality lifestyles are an inherent right of all humans and can be achieved only through environmental sustainable practices.
