Effective Spring 2002 NAU will no longer send out
grade mailers following the end of the semester. Instead, you will have two ways to
obtain your semester grades:
On-line with LOUIE or by submitting a Request for Grades form.
WE WILL BEGIN POSTING FINAL GRADES MAY 14, 2002. ALL GRADES WILL BE POSTED BY MAY 21, 2002. CHECK LOUIE DAILY FOR GRADE UPDATES.
Log on to LOUIE.
For all of your NAU grades:
Click on Grades/Transcripts
Select Your Academic Transcript
Enter your NAU ID and PIN
Log out of LOUIE when finished
Important Note: Grades on LOUIE do not contain student name or NAU ID.
For one semester only:
Click on Your Semester Schedule/Grade Report
Enter the Year and Semester you want grades for
Click Send Query
Log out of LOUIE when finished
Important Note: Grades on LOUIE do not contain student name or NAU ID.
To receive a Grade Report at the end of the semester, you will need to fill out and submit a Request for Grades Form prior to the end of the semester. You can find this form by clicking here.
Once you’ve completed the form you can:
1. Drop it off at the Registration Windows in Gammage Bldg. #1
2. Fax it to (928) 523-0600
3. Mail it to: NAU Registrar’s Office, Box 4103, Flagstaff, AZ 86011-4103
Please allow a minimum of two (2) weeks following the finalization of semester grades.
