Jim I. Mead
Presently, Jim Mead is a Professor of the Department of Geology, Director of the Quaternary Sciences Program, adjunct professor in the Department of Biological Sciences, adjunct Curator of Vertebrate Paleontology at the Museum of Northern Arizona, and Book Editor for the Journal of Vertebrate Paleontology. Major research interests include bovid evolution in North America, lizard evolution in arid North America and Australia, and the development of North American faunas of the most recent 5 million years. Jim is Director of NAU's Laboratory of Quaternary Paleontology.
