USPS and UPS packages are processed separately from 1st class mail and flats.

Any package that will not fit into your PO Box or requires special handling will be given a pick-up notice.

You may pick-up your package at the Package window during the hours listed for your facility.

North Facility Package Window Hours:
Fall/Spring:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Summer:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

South Facility Package Window Hours:
Fall/Spring:
Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Summer:
Monday - Friday 12:30pm - 4:30pm

Note:All UPS, FedEx and DHL packages will be delivered to the front desk of your Residence Hall.
