PO Box Assignments

PO Box numbers are assigned by the Office of Residence Life. Please contact Residence Life or NAU Postal Services if you wish to change your PO Box number or have any other problem concerning your PO Box number assignment.

Only students currently residing in the Residence Halls are permitted access to a PO Box.

PO Boxes are assigned for PERSONAL MAIL use only. Students are not allowed to operate a business from their assigned NAU PO Box. NAU Postal Services reserves the right to hold and/or return any mail that appears to be addressed to a business.


Mail tampering is a Federal offense. Perpetrators will be prosecuted.
If mail placed in your mailbox is not yours hand it to one of our mail clerk for proper treatment or place in the misboxed mail slots.

Important: When you check in to your dorm you will be given a receipt of your check-in called the SUPERFORM. Your PO Box assignment and combination is printed on the SUPERFORM. If either are on the form bring the yellow SUPERFORM along with a picture ID to the Customer Service Window appropriate to your PO Box assignment during the hours posted. If you sare a mailbox with another student and wish to be assigned to a single box or you want to switch your mailbox from one mail center location to another please come to the Customer Service Window.
