The tabbing machine will tab folded mail pieces and booklets. Mailings that are not in envelopes or do not lay completely flat require tabs. Never staple these items.

Folded material must have fold at the bottom. Place the mailing permit in the upper right hand corner and your complete return address in the upper left hand corner. Include your billing (Agency/Orgn) number under the return address.

Width - no less than 5" and no more than 18"
Length - up to 14"
Thickness - up to 1/4"
