The NAU Bulk Mail Facility offers automated labeling services for pre-printed pressure sensitive labels.

Labels must meet all of the following specifications:
Labels must be continuous from feed - single roll, one-up
Labels must be pressure sensitive
Labels must have addresses printed in ascending zip code order
Label size height must be at least 1" but no more than 4"
Label size width may be up to 6"

Note: The labeling machine will not accept label rolls with randomly peeled off labels or label rolls which have been separated into different groups.

Envelopes must meet the following specifications:
Width should be no less that 5" and no more than 16"
Thickness envelopes may not exceed 1/4' in thickness

Note: Orders which do not meet the necessary specification will be returned to the department for correction.
