Nicole Snow has a B.S.B.A. in computer information systems and a Master's in both business administration and education. She has more than eight years of experience related to education. She has taught at adult and community college levels as well as providing workshops and training to secondary students.

Ms. Snow has an Arizona Community College Certificate in the area of Computer Information Systems. In addition, she is eligible for a Community College Certificate in the area of business and for a secondary vocational certificate in the areas of business and distributive education.

Ms. Snow has specific expertise in instructional technology, troubleshooting, and determining needs for continuing and future hardware and software configurations for instructional technology used to enhance instruction, especially in Arizona Vocational Comprehensive Programs. She has planned and presented a variety of workshops for educators at all levels and business people throughout Arizona and the Four Corners Area.

Before coming to work at the Institute for Future Work Force Development, Ms. Snow worked as a MIS consultant to companies including a sixteen-month contract with Pepsi-Cola Corporation, SouthWest Division. She brings a unique combination of industry and educational experience to her training sessions.

Tracy Cooper, Lab Assistant

 Ms. Cooper has been the Lab Assistant since June, 1998. A finance major at Northern Arizona University, she has a solid background in software applications.  Ms. Cooper has distinguished herself in the lab for her one-on-one tutoring of teachers and students.  She often serves as an assistant during larger training sessions at the AZTEC Lab.
