Issues can arise that require that you empty the cache and cookies within your browser.
Clearing the Cache
To empty the cache, select Safari in the toolbar menu. Select Empty Cache.
Removing Cookies
Removing cookies requires a few more steps.
To remove the cookies, select Safari in the toolbar menu. Select Preferences.
The Preferences window will open. Make sure you're in the Security screen. Select Show Cookies.
The cookies window will open. Select Remove All.
After the cookies have been removed, select Done. All cookies have been removed.
