Student faculty support technicians from the e-Learning Center, or "Tech Buddies," will staff Room 216 at the Eastburn Education Building and Room 213 at SBS-West 10-15 hours per week (each). They will be available to help instructors in person with Blackboard Vista and other instructional technologies supported by the e-Learning Center. The Tech Buddy program is designed to supplement, not replace, e-Learning Center Faculty Support and course development. The Faculty Helpline will still be available during its regular schedule via phone and email.
