In Vista, you will be able to view your course as a demo student. The demo student view allows you to see exactly what your students see. You can even take assessments, send email, and upload assignments using this view.
You can access the demo student view in Vista by clicking on the tab Student View.
Note: Be careful about sending mail or posting discussions from the Student View. If you mean to send mail to a student and you send it from the Student View tab, the message will appear to the student as being sent by Demo Student (likewise for discussion postings). This can confuse students, if they do not know what the Demo Student is. Instead, use the Teach or Build tabs to send mail or post discussions so they will appear as coming from you.
