Spring 2009 e-Learning Showcase: Discovering New Approaches with Technology
During Spring 2009 Showcase: Discovering New Approaches with Technology, NAU faculty showed how they used wikis, podcasting, video capturing, tablet PCs, and self-paced tutorials to enhance their teaching and research.

Fall 2008 e-Learning Showcase: Tools and Approaches
During Fall 2008 Showcase: Tools and Approaches, four one-hour faculty-led panel discussions will focus on incorporating some of the latest learning tools and approaches into your classes, such as podcasting through iTunes U; digital image, video and music databases through Cline Library; online evaluations; and supplementing in-person courses with online learning.
Videotaped sessions are now available (see watch videotaped sessions link). You may need to download and install the Silverlight application to view the taped sessions. Also, PC users should view these sessions with Internet Explorer. Mac users can use both Firefox and Safari.

Spring 2008 Showcase
Join us for the Spring 2008 Showcase on Friday, April 4 from 10am to 3pm in Cline Library, Room 200. This e-Learning Showcase will highlight how faculty engage students beyond course centric activities. Attendees may attend all or part of the event.

e-Learning Fellows' Findings Round Table: Teaching Practices at NAU
Come join us for the first annual e-Learning Fellows' Findings Round Table at Gardner Auditorium in The W. A. Franke College of Business on October 11th from 2:30-5:00 pm. Faculty fellows appointed by the e-Learning Center in 2006 conducted research studies that reveal teaching trends and practices at NAU. Research topics include the following:

Open Forum on Learning Spaces
Join us in a discussion of learning spaces. The interplay of learning activities and the spaces we embed them in is an important topic at NAU and nationally. As we construct new buildings and renovate others we need to be intentional in our design of formal, informal, and virtual learning spaces that support engaging and effective learning activities.

e-Learning Showcase
The e-Learning Center hosts the Spring 2007 e-Learning Showcase on March 9th from 10:00am - 3:00pm at the Cline Library, Room 200. This e-Learning Showcase will highlight recent curricular innovations designed to involve and engage students in active learning environments using new or existing technology.
