The Event Organization agrees to pay in full all charges associated with the Event. Full rental rates will be charged for unused ("no-show") reservations unless cancellation is received 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

Interdepartmental NAU Billing:

If organization is affiliated with NAU, please indicate whether payment will be made through interdepartmental billing.

If organization is not affiliated with NAU, please select payment type from menu.

(All Internal NAU billing information will be verified prior to the transfer of funds.)

Cline Library Assembly Hall staff will respond with an estimated rental fee based on the information provided above and availability within two business days. Once approved, please sign and return the official rental agreement no later than the date provided on the agreement.
