The Consortium for Assessment and Planning Support (CAPS) listserv is for higher educators with direct responsibility in assessment and/or strategic planning. It is currently hosted by Appalachian State University and offers a forum for members to share information about campus-based assessment efforts. This sharing has led to a number of partnerships between members, and members have gathered for conferences since 1999.
