NASS
Student Retention Report
Staff will assess student use of services and programs; compile first
year retention rates for new freshmen who use NASS and compare those
rates to other similar NAU cohorts’ rates; and analyze data on use
patterns and academic success (e.g., GPA) of NASS students who persist
and those who do not. The end goal is to use the data to identify ways
to improve NASS.
