Effectiveness of Services
In order to assess the allocation of student wage funds for the
purpose of best serving students, program staff will collect and review
data on the number of students served and costs of math tutoring
services provided by the Learning Assisting Centers (LACS) . The project
will include tracking fall and spring semester usage and annual usage of
the Math 102X and Math 150 study groups, the Math Lab tutoring at the
North LAC, and individual Math tutoring at both LACs. In addition to
total numbers, frequency of use will also be analyzed and supplemental
data will be collected to better understand the quality of each service.
