Due to the prohibitive cost of providing and maintaining loan equipment (and both misuse and abuse), SBS will no longer provide Equipment for Loan. We still have one laptop available for check-out, but no working projectors at this time. We will continue to supply Laptop-to-TV adapters for those who wish to use their own laptops. **************************************** Laptop-to-TV Adapter loans MUST be requested by Faculty members, NOT students. **************************************** Adapters will NOT be released to students (unless they are simply your courier) without receipt of this form and verbal (direct-to-me) Faculty approval and avowal of responsibility for improper damage or loss (ergo, Adapters must be returned in good condition with allowances for normal wear and use). Faculty members must assume responsibility for the safe and timely return of all Adapters entrusted to them, and consequently, for the actions of the students they may choose to themselves entrust.
