Brief description of research and teaching interests:
My teaching interests focus primarily on production technology and emerging forms of distribution including web, broadcast, and satellite. I am also involved in the teaching of media production techniques and new forms of production technology including HDTV.

Representative Research and Creative Activity:
I have presented production technology at the Broadcast Education Association and will also be participating on a panel at the WSSA conference. The panel is exploring the issues surrounding the convergence of traditionally separate media such as radio, television, print, and the web.
