Filing for graduation requires the following items:
- Completed graduation application
- Completed advising check sheet
- Degree progress report from your LOUIE Student Center
- Receipt for graduation fee
Once you have assembled the above items, please secure them with a paperclip. Do not staple. Mail or deliver the graduation application packet for review to the SBS Office of Academic Services at P.O. Box 15700, Building 70, Room 114 or School of Communication for Communication majors at P.O. Box 5619, Building 16, Room 370.
Remember, an incomplete or incorrect packet may not be processed and will be returned to you.
