If you are having problems connecting to the internet or have general questions,
you have come to the right place. ResNet offers may different options to allow
you to empower yourself or to find help from someone with a little more experience.
Before you begin, please read the general ResNet
requirements for specific
information about your system and connecting to ResNet.

The Internet Doesn’t Work!
The ResNet Staff has compiled numerous documents to assist you with this problem.
These documents range from how to setup your system to a general FAQ designed
to help you troubleshoot the more complex questions that you might have. You

Running virus software is essential to maintaining not
only your computer but also your personal information that
is on your computer. NAU provides free virus software to
all students free of charge. You can download Sophos here.
If you are unsure or need help installing McAfee, please

They’ve Got Me. Attack of the Viruses
Viruses on your computer are a concern for not only the safety of your system
and your documents but also for the ResNet. If you have a virus, you might
be slowing the ResNet network down to a snails pace. If you have a virus,
please unplug your computer from the network and contact
the Academic Computing Help Desk at 928-523-9294, or email ResNet IMMEDIATELY!
