How to Install Adobe Acrobat Reader

What is Adobe Acrobat Reader?

Adobe Acrobat Reader is a program that is distributed free from Adobe. The reader allows you to read .pdf documents that are common across the internet. The documents are designed to allow you to maintain the integrity of the copied page but allow it to be viewed on a computer.

How to install:



1. Go to ITS Downloads and type in Acrobat in the search window.
2. Click on the link for the Windows edition
3. Download the file listed in the download section
4. When asked, save the file to a location you will remember
5. Double click on the icon where you saved it.
6. Click on next when asked
7. Let the program install itself and it will be ready to go


How to uninstall:


1. Go to Start -> Control Panel
2. Click on the Add/Remove Programs icon
3. Find Adobe Acrobat and select Remove
