Accountable Mail Information

 US Postal Service express, certified, insured, and/or registered items will not be placed in your PO Box regardless of size. You will receive a special USPS pick-up notice.

North/Central Facility PO Boxes may pick-up their special Accountable mail items at the Postal Customer Service Window.

Contract Station Window Hours:  

Fall/Spring:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Summer:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

South Facility PO Boxes may pick-up their USPS special accountable mail items at the Postal Customer Service Window.

South Facility Package Window Hours: 

• Fall/Spring:
• Monday - Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm
• Summer:
• Monday - Friday 12:30pm - 4:30pm

Note: A picture ID is required to receive your USPS Accountable mail item.
