Field Study in Public & Environmental Health in Kenya
Summer 2008 Program
July 7 - August 8

APPLICATION PROCESS

  1. Complete application form in accordance with instructions on application.
  2. Prerequisite form must be completed with course advisors (Karen Plager or Betty Brown).
  3. Completed application and prerequiste form due to Karen Plager by February 1, 2008 (room 216, Nursing bldg 72)

*NAU students must have prerequisite form signed by Karen Plager for Nursing or Betty Brown for Health Sciences.
