These reports will provide authorized persons within departments to view monthly telephone bills and the call details. Reports prior to October 2010 are referenced using the archived phone bill application. After October 2010, Business Objects is used for reporting.
Availability
Telephone bills are generated during the first week of each month for the previous month. Balances may be paid using the financial system account transfer.
