SelectSurvey is a survey / polling tool available for use by faculty, staff, and students which allows one to take and create surveys via the web. Creating and maintaining surveys require specific access. For access to create surveys, please sign into Select Survey Registration.

To Use This Service, You Will Need
NAU faculty, staff and graduate assistants are eligible to use the Select Survey application to build and maintain survey instruments.
Published surveys are available to anonymous visitors and NAU known persons.
How to Request
Sign into the Select Survey Registration application to request 'create' access. You will need your NAU UID and password, general subject area for your surveys, and which area within your department. Please allow 24-work hours for your request to be processed. You will receive an email when your account access has been created.
Cost / Pricing
There is no cost to NAU faculty and staff for the use of Select Survey.
