Enterprise Reporting and Analytics provide institutional information to the NAU community via a secured reporting environment accessing the NAU Data Warehouse. This information is provided to the campus community in order to conduct university business and support university planning, decision-making and reporting.

- Normal hours of availability are from 8:00am to 9:30pm, 7 days a week.
- This service may be unavailable Sunday mornings between 8:00am and noon for regular system maintenance.
- If you cannot access this system during normal hours, click: IT Systems Status for outages.

Business Objects is now Enterprise Reporting!
Student Reports contained within Enterprise Reporting reflect data from LOUIE/PeopleSoft Administrative systems. Many reports are available including class rosters, daily enrollment, extended campus, graduation, and others.

Training & Documentation
Enterprise Analytics provides access to data in a timely, accurate, and secure manner. When other reporting methods do not satisfy a need, Enterprise Analytics allows users to retrieve information through visual graphics and charts.

Enterprise Reporting Solutions (ERS) provides access to data in a timely, accurate and secure manner. When other reporting methods do not satisfy a need, ERS allows users to retrieve information by way of standard reporting and self-service query. Access to reports is available 7 days a week between 7am to 12:00am (excepting Sundays between 8am and noon for regular system maintenance). Data reflected in reports is as of the previous working day. The ERS Help Desk is always accessible to you at: Reporting@nau.edu
Because each individual and department has specific needs, the Enterprise staff strive to provide personalized training. By listening and coordinating unique training agendas for Enterprise Users, Enterprise Staff understand that your time is valuable. We have several training options available.
