Results

In late 2009 ITS conducted its first campus-wide survey, designed to be a comprehensive look at IT services. It provided benchmarks and an overall look from which we have made changes, and we have continued annual surveys since then, incorporating your feedback into our services and software. These report results and summaries provide a guide into what we're working on now to help us serve you better than ever.
