Information Technology Services provides database administration related services for faculty and staff at Northern Arizona University.
Services include:
- Oracle database support
- Microsoft SQL Server database support
- MySQL database support
- Database backup and recovery services
- Database consulting support for centralized applications

The Oracle Client Software is available for install from an ITS shared file server. Faculty and staff have access to this server when they are connected to the NAU domain. There is no cost to NAU Employees to install the Oracle Client Software. Services should be requested by opening a ticket
