Chris Greenough—Enterprise Web Team Lead
Chris has over 15 years of experience in the information
technology development and support field and has recently taken the position of
Enterprise Web Team Lead. The Enterprise Web Team is responsible for
maintaining and supporting Blackboard Learn, eBusiness, MyNAU portal, NAUMobile Central, and a variety of related applications.
Chris’ experience at NAU and other institutions ranges from
customer support to application development. In his years supporting learning
management applications he has become a recognized expert in the Blackboard
development community and a leader in the implementation of the BB MobileCentral technology. He has been invited to present on our learning management
environment as well as presenting our
new mobile functionality at three conferences in the past year.
Chris is an active member of the NAU community, serving on
both the Service Professional Advisory Committee and the Commission on
Disability Access and Design. He is Chair of the Portal Steering Committee and
the Web Pro group.
In the coming year, look to see Chris and his team working
with campus administrators and students as we continue the integration of NAU
mobile functionality with the Student Action Center in MyNAU.
