If you've been around NAU for more than a year, you know that the face of the university—its website—has had quite a makeover, and it's great-looking, sporting harmonious design, terrific photos, and strong typography. But this is beauty and brainpower, with improved search, logical and consistent navigation, a unified functional interface, and meaningful graphics.
As part of this ongoing effort to update NAU's web presence in every academic and administrative department, and as the university's technical information hub, Information Technology Services' own website has had a total overhaul. Using the standards for NAU's Web presence, and extending the functionality to better support users, we've reorganized our site and made finding what you need easier however you like to do it.
- Search on keywords for a subject in the ITS-specific search box, so that your results will be germane to the topic you're interested in
- Focus on the services and learning resources available to you by your relationship with NAU, as Student, Faculty, or Staff
- Find your subject alphabetically
- Find a service or learning resource by category and/or relationship
We've also added references within pages to link to related topics and services so that you can link directly to what is relevant to the subject.
Additionally, we have introduced a feedback feature on our site so that you can make suggestions for additions, modifications, improvements, or if you just want to let us know that you like what we're doing. Every feedback instance is carefully evaluated and we have you to thank already for a lot of help in making the ITS site better. And we have links right on the ITS homepage to system status and technical support.
Please check the new ITS website out. Take time to explore, learn, and maybe even leave a comment or two.
