NAU offers two voicemail options, Enterprise Voice and Communité. Most faculty and staff use the Communité system.
Voicemail is currently not an option for students; resident students are encouraged to use answering machines
Communité is a traditional telephone and voicemail system utilizing a desk phone with access to voicemail from the handset, from the web,or from an off-campus phone.
Enterprise Voice is combined with Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging and utilizes a software-based telephone through Office Communicaotr on your Windows-based computer.
