You may need to upload or attach files in Bb Learn for assignments and discussion board posts. Before you begin to upload a file to Bb Learn, or if you are receiving errors while trying to upload material, make sure that you have the most recent version of Java installed on your computer. While the example in this tutorial uses an assignment as an example, the same process can be followed to upload files to the discussion board.

Once in your assignment, read all instructions carefully. To upload a file to attach to your assignment, click on Browse My Computer.
This should bring up a File Upload dialog box for your computer. Navigate to the desired file on your computer using this dialog box and then double click it or select it and click Open.
You should now see the file load in your Bb Learn. If you decide you do not wish to attach the file to your assignment, click the do not attach link. Once you have completed your assignment, click Submit to turn it in.
