Telephone Move, Add or Change Request

To Request Moving, Changing, or Adding a Telephone

  1. Fill out an ITS ServiceNow ticket
  2. Under "New Ticket," select "Move, Add or Change"
  3. Fill out the form
  4. Once complete, click "Submit." 

Note:  You can save intermediate results for later by selecting "Save."
