Job DescriptionAssist students with a variety of technology issues, including Blackboard Learn, troubleshooting wireless and wired internet connections on ResNet, Google Apps for Education, and PeopleSoft/LOUIE. Other duties include contribution to the STC website and STC knowledge base. Applicants will be expected to arrive on campus and work the week before classes start, and work through finals week. Student Techs will be expected to attend periodic training sessions.
QualificationsThis is a customer service position—your interpersonal skills will weigh as heavily as your technical ability in our consideration. Qualified applicants will have a fundamental understanding of networking and Windows and Mac operating systems.
