Business Process: Managing Requisitions
Overview
The
Manage Requisitions page is the central location for maintaining requisitions
once they are “saved” and/or “Submitted”. This section reviews how to:
- “Search
and Sort” features to streamline the search results for a requisition.
- “Expand
Section” button to view the lifespan and details for the requisition.
- “Select
Action” option to cancel, budget check, and edit the requisition.
GO TO: Main Menu>eProcurement>Manage

1) Using the “Search” and “Sort” Features

AVAILABLE FOR “SEARCHES”
- The
“Manage Requisitions” page will pop up (depending on the parameters pre-set
by the system a certain number of Requisitions will display)
- An
error message may display if too many records were retrieved
- Click
“OK” on the error message to gain access to the “search” screen criteria’
- The
“search” screen will appear
- By
providing different information within each field, you can narrow your search (or
even go to a specific Requisition if you have the “exact” information)
