    This LIST OF APPROVERS is as of July 26, 2013. You are able to download onto your computer by selecting "Allow Editing" at the top of the form. Once this is done, go to "File", click "Save As" and proceed to save into the file of your choice on your computer. NOTE: You also may click on the drop-down arrows within the title of each column to narrow your search. This "cheat sheet" will be updated again Monday morning, 08/05/2013.


    This Speed Type Cheat Sheet is as of Feb 2013. It is specific to listing DEPARTMENTS’ PREFIXES. This is helpful when doing Journal Entries using Speed Types. The first 3 numbers identify a DEPT. By using the DEPT first 3 PeopleSoft Numbers and then the “%” sign, you will be given all Speed Types available for this DEPT.  Further narrowing your Speed Type to a specific DEPT/FUND you may use the DEPT 3 prefix numbers, the “%” sign, then the first 2 numbers of the FUND preceded by an “F”. (EXAMPLE: you would like all the Athletic Department Speed Types associated with Fund 2500. Your search in PeopleSoft would be: 111%F25). You are able to download onto your computer by selecting "Allow Editing" at the top of the form. Once this is done, go to "File", Click "Save As" and proceed to save to your computer. You also may click on the drop-down arrows within each column to narrow your search.


    This Speed Type Cheat Sheet is as of Feb 2013. It is specific to listing FUNDS’ DESCRIPTIONS. This is helpful when doing Journal Entries using Speed Types. By using the”%” and FUND’s first 2 PeopleSoft Numbers of the FUND preceded by an “F”, your search will call up all Speed Types with that fund. (EXAMPLE: you would like all Speed Types for Fund #2100. Your search in PeopleSoft would be: %F21). You are able to download onto your computer by selecting "Allow Editing" at the top of the form. Once this is done, go to "File", Click "Save As" and proceed to save to your computer. You also may click on the drop-down arrows within each column to narrow your search.
