Click on the drop-down arrow in the other financial textbox, located under the Finances heading in your LOUIE Student Center. Highlight Pending Financial Aid, and then click the circle (with the two arrows) next to it, as shown framed in red, in Figure 1 below.

If you have recently submitted an application for financial aid and have not yet heard back about it, it will show up under Pending Financial Aid. If you have not applied for financial aid, or already have heard back about your financial aid status, your Pending Financial Aid box will resemble the one below in Figure 2.
