Outlook 2010
You can change your Outlook 2010 password by following these step-by-step instructions.
Step 1
Open Outlook and left-click the "File" tab in the ribbon at the top of the window.

In the "Info" pane, left-click "Account Settings."
Step 3
Left-click "Account Settings" in the menu.

In the dialog box, make sure your email address is selected in the list, and left-click "Change."

Make sure your name and email address are correct in the appropriate fields. Type in your NAU User ID and new password into the appropriate fields and make sure the "Remember password" check box is checked. When you are finished, left-click "Next."
Step 6
Type your NAU User ID and password into the appropriate fields and left-click "OK."

You will see a box with an account settings test. When the test is complete, left-click "Close." Your Outlook 2010 password has been changed.

You can change your Outlook 2011 password by following these step-by-step instructions.

Open Outlook and click "Tools" in the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click "Accounts" in the menu.

Make sure your NAU email account is selected in the left-hand pane, type your password into the appropriate field, and close the window. Your Outlook 2011 password has been changed.
