How to Change Your Passwords (iOS)
NAU Secure Wireless Password

You can change your NAU secure wireless password in iOS by following these step-by-step instructions.
Step 1
Tap the "Settings" icon on the home screen.
Step 2
Tap "Wi-Fi" near the top of the left-hand sidebar, and in the right-hand pane, tap the arrow next to "NAU."
Step 3
Tap "Forget this Network" at the top of the right-hand pane.
Step 4
In the box that appears, tap "Forget."
Step 5
Tap "Wi-Fi" in the left-hand sidebar again, and tap "NAU" in the right-hand pane.
Step 6
Enter your user name and password into the appropriate fields, and tap "Join." Your NAU secure wireless password has been changed.

VPN Password

You can change your NAU VPN password in iOS by following these step-by-step instructions.
Step 1
Tap the "Settings" icon on the home screen.
Step 2
Tap "General" in the left-hand sidebar, and tap "VPN" in the right-hand pane.
Step 3
Tap "NAU VPN" in the right-hand pane.
Step 4
Enter your new password into the "Password" field and tap "Save." Your NAU VPN password has been changed.

You can change your local NAU email password in iOS by following these step-by-step instructions.
Step 1
Tap the "Settings" icon on the home screen.
Step 2
Tap "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" in the left-hand sidebar, and tap "Nau" in the right-hand pane.
Step 3
In the box that appears, tap "Account."
Step 4
Enter your new password into the "Password" field, and tap "Done." Your local NAU email password has been changed.

Lync 2010

You can change your password in Lync 2010 for iOS by following these step-by-step instructions.
Step 1
Open Lync and tap the icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Step 2
At the top of the left-hand pane, tap "Sign Out."
Step 3
Type in your Sign-in address in the form "abc123@iris.nau.edu" without quotes where "abc123" is your NAU User ID. Type your new password into the field below your address. When you are finished, tap "Sign In." Your Lync 2010 password has been changed.
