Disabling OS Selection on Boot with Windows 7

Step 1: Open "System" Control Panel and click "Advanced system settings"

Step 2: Select the "Advanced" tab and in the "Start up and Recovery" section, click "Settings"

Step 3: Ensure that "Windows 7" is the default operating system, un-check "Time to display list of operating systems" and click "OK"
