Missing Course(s) in Blackboard Learn
The most common reason why a course would be missing from your Blackboard Learn home page is that it is not the first day of instruction for your course. All online courses will show up on the first day the course is taught. The course will not be available before that date unless your instructor has granted special access for you. You can request this access from the instructor and your instructor can contact the E-Learning Center for help to enable that access.
Another common reason is that you just registered for the course. It takes between two and four hours for the course that you registered for in LOUIE to show up in Blackboard Learn. This can take longer during times of high traffic, like the beginning of a semester.
If both of these reasons don't apply to you, please contact the Student Technology Center so that we can investigate the issue further.
Blackboard Learn is NAU's online Learning Management System, the destination for NAU's online classes and online resources for in-person classes.
