What is Mobile Help Desk?

During move-in weekend (August 24-August 27), the Student Technology Center will offer two locations on campus where students in non-Freshman residence halls can bring their devices to get in-person assistance from a technician. The mobile help desk hours and locations are listed below.

Free Ethernet cables are also available at these locations.

Freshmen Students should use Sweeps for in-person support needs.
