There are a few different login screens that you might see when logging into a Google Apps service through NAU. One is the normal NAU Central Authentication Service (CAS) login page (you will see this when you log into NAU Gmail):

On the CAS login page, you use your normal NAU user ID and password to log in.

Next, you may see a Google login page like this when logging into Google Apps websites such as YouTube or Google Reader:

At this login page, enter your username in the form of userID@nau.edu but do not enter a password. Click Sign In and you will be redirected to CAS to enter your NAU user ID and password (as above).

If you have any trouble with logging in, first try to restart your internet browser and see if you can then log in. If that does not work, please try clearing your temporary internet files. If you still cannot log in, please contact the Student Technology Center for help.
