How to Connect to Another User's Shared Calendar
You can access another user's shared calendar in Outlook Web Access (OWA) by following these step-by-step instructions.
Step 1
Open a web browser, type "iris.nau.edu/owa" into the address bar, and press "Enter/Return."
Step 2
Make sure the security option for "This is a public or shared computer" is selected.
Step 3
Sign in with your NAU user ID and password.
Step 4
Click on "Calendar" in the left-hand pane of the OWA window.
Step 5
Right-click "My Calendars" in the left-hand pane of the calendar view.
Step 6
Select "Add Calendar" from the menu.
Step 7
In the dialog box, make sure the "Calendar from your organization" option is selected, and click "Name."
Step 8
Select the name of the user whose calendar you want to access from the list. You can use the search bar to find the desired user more quickly. Highlight the user's name, click "Select," then click "OK." Finally, click "OK" one more time to access the selected user's shared calendar.
