Outlook 2013: Accessing Shared Email
You can access another user's shared email in Outlook 2013 by following these step-by-step instructions.
Step 1
Left-click "File" on the far left-hand side of the ribbon at the top of the window.

In the left-hand menu pane, left-click "Open & Export."

Left-click "Name" in the dialog box.

Outlook 2013 Shared Email 4 Left-click the user whose email you want to access in the list. You can use the search bar to narrow down your options. When you are finished, left-click "OK." Left-click "OK" one more time to gain access to the user's shared email.
