Outlook 2013: Connecting to Shared Calendars

You can connect to a shared calendar in Outlook 2013 by following these step-by-step instructions.

Step 1

Open Outlook and left-click the "calendar" icon in the menu near the bottom left-hand corner of the window.

Left-click "Open Calendar" in the "Home" tab of the ribbon at the top of the window.

In the menu that appears, left-click "Open Shared Calendar."

In the dialog box, left-click "Name."

Left-click the name of the shared calendar you want to access.  You can use the search bar to narrow down your selection.  You can use "CTRL + left-click" to select multiple names.  When you have made your selection, left-click "OK."  You will be taken back to the dialog box in Step 4.  Left-click "OK" in that dialog box.  You have successfully connected to an Outlook 2013 shared calendar.
